Open Event Settings → Assignment Rules.

How do I automatically send messages to the right person?

1. Turn on Assign individual guests to team members if you want named owners.
2. Use the assigned and unassigned tabs.
3. Search or filter All team members.
4. Select people and Assign or Reassign.

Inbox assignment (Assign to a team member) still works per conversation. See Inbox.

Can I make certain messages go straight to one team member?

Assign the guest on this page or on their profile. Combined with inbox Assigned To, that associate sees those conversations when they filter to themselves.
