Open Templates under account settings.

How do I create a template?

  1. Click New template.
  2. Fill in the drawer and click Save (or Cancel).
Filter with All channels / SMS / WhatsApp and All statuses / Approved / Pending / Submitted / Rejected. Row Edit or Delete changes an existing template.
