Directory is under Event Website when the guest directory is enabled for the event (bio-book). If the directory is off, the page links you to Directory settings.

How do I show or hide people in the directory?

  1. Open Directory.
  2. Use Visible and Not Visible.
  3. Search people if the list is long (Clear search to reset).
  4. Select people and click Hide from directory or Show in directory.

How do I preview the guest directory?

Click Guest View when a directory URL exists. Directory Settings opens the settings tab for URL, password, and enablement. See Directory settings.
