# AI

> Control the guest AI assistant, knowledge, and fallback replies.

Open **Event Settings** → **AI**.

## What kinds of questions can the AI answer for my guests?

The assistant uses your [FAQs](/platform/faqs), knowledge topics on this page, and the instructions you save. Hidden or archived FAQs are not used.

## How do I teach the AI to respond the way I want?

1. Optionally enable broadcast title suggestions.
2. Turn on **Route inbound messages to AI Assistant** if inbound SMS should go to the assistant.
3. Edit instructions and click **Save instructions**.
4. Under Knowledge Topics, **Edit** or **Delete** topics.
5. Set **Instant acknowledgement** and **Save acknowledgement**.
6. Set **Fallback response** and **Save response**.

## Can I turn off the AI for one specific person?

Use person-level AI controls when they appear on the profile, or stop routing inbound messages on this tab for the whole event. FAQ visibility can also hide answers from guests who should not see them.
