# Schedule

> Add sessions, import a spreadsheet, and control who sees each session.

**Schedule** is under **Event Website** in the sidebar when the event has a guest site subdomain.

The table lists **Start**, **End**, **Name**, **Location**, and **Visible To**.

## How do I add something to the event schedule?

1. Open **Schedule**.
2. Click **New Session**.
3. Enter **Name**, then **Save** to unlock the rest of the form.
4. Set date, time, location, and description (**Edit** for rich text).
5. Choose who should see it: **A list of people**, **A specific person**, or **Hidden / Your team only**.
6. Optional: **Feature in guest navigation**, **Show only on session detail**, or **Who should NOT see this session on their schedule?**
7. Click **Save**.

To change a session later, click the name or row menu **Edit**. **Session details** is read-only; click **Edit** there to change fields.

## How do I let people sign up for a session?

RSVP and public list versions are configured in [Schedule settings](/platform/settings/schedule), not on the session list. After RSVP is on, guests respond on the guest site. Attendance lists such as **Attending** update automatically.

From a future or current session with an audience, row menu (⋮) → **Send reminder message** queues a reminder broadcast.

## Can I upload the schedule from a spreadsheet?

1. Open **Schedule**.
2. Click **Import** in the footer.
3. On **Import Schedule**, click **Upload** (or **Download template**).
4. **Map Columns**, then **Continue**.
5. On **Preview sessions**, select rows and click **Import Session(s)**.

## How do I archive a session?

1. Open the row menu (⋮).
2. Click **Archive**.
3. Confirm **Archive Session** with **Archive**.

## How do I preview the guest schedule?

Click **Guest View** in the footer. **Schedule Settings** opens event settings for the guest schedule URL and RSVP.
