# Reports

> Find people with delivery issues: missing phones, invalid numbers, and opt-out status.

**Reports** lists people who may not receive texts. Open **Reports** in the sidebar. The default tab is **No Phone Number**.

**Reports** is hidden for **Messages Only** and **Assigned Only** roles.

Subtitle: *People with potential message delivery issues are listed here.*

## What does it mean when someone hasn't subscribed yet?

Open **Not Yet Subscribed**. These people have a phone number but have not opted in to SMS yet, so broadcasts will not text them until they subscribe (keyword, sign-up, or a team member subscribes them when allowed).

## What do I do when someone has a bad phone number?

1. Open **Invalid Phone** or **Landline**.
2. Click **Edit** on the row (or the name to open the profile, then **Edit**).
3. Update **Phone number** and **Save**.

**International** lists people whose numbers are not the event’s usual country — use **Edit** the same way.

## How can I contact someone who has no phone number on file?

1. Open **No Phone Number**.
2. Click the name or **Edit**.
3. Add a **Phone number** and save, or reach them off-platform if you have another channel.

## How do I see who unsubscribed?

Open **Unsubscribed**. Click the name to open the profile. Resubscribe only when they were opted out by your team and policy allows it — STOP replies require new consent.

Each tab has a short description and a table (**NAME**, **PHONE**, **Edit**). Empty tabs show **Nobody here.**
