# Broadcasts

Concierge enables you to schedule text messages to be delivered to your event guests anytime in the future.

If you need a message delivered immediately, you can choose the "Send Now" option.

The **Broadcasts** page is where you create, schedule, and manage outbound messages sent to guests or specific group lists. This page provides a centralized view of an event’s messaging plan, helping organizers coordinate reminders, announcements, and other guest communications throughout the lifecycle of an event.

Key capabilities include:

* **Create new broadcasts** to send immediately or schedule for a future date and time.
* **Import broadcasts** in bulk for faster setup, for example if you have a communication plan spreadsheet that you want to copy into Concierge.
* Organize messages by status:
  * **Draft** – messages being prepared.
  * **Scheduled** – messages queued for future delivery.
  * **Sending** – messages currently being delivered.
  * **Sent** – completed broadcasts.
* View all scheduled communications in a chronological timeline, grouped by date.
* See key details for each broadcast, including:
  * Name (for internal reference, not visible to your guests)
  * Send time
  * Recipient list (such as "All", VIPs, Speakers, or Team members)
* Filter and sort broadcasts to quickly locate specific communications.
* All scheduled times are displayed in the event’s configured timezone. Broadcast messages are intended to be scheduled for a time in the local timezone on the ground at the event.
