# Templates

> Create SMS and WhatsApp templates for reuse.

Open **Templates** under account settings.

## How do I create a template?

1. Click **New template**.
2. Fill in the drawer and click **Save** (or **Cancel**).

Filter with **All channels** / **SMS** / **WhatsApp** and **All statuses** / **Approved** / **Pending** / **Submitted** / **Rejected**. Row **Edit** or **Delete** changes an existing template.
